Dangit...I guess I better keep stocking up on duct tape.
What is exciting is having Joe Dude post two days in a row! The rabbi magic must be working!

Living in a college town, I see this on a regular basis. I only live in hicksville and have seen camouflage duct tape on cars.

I like it! But maybe that is because I recently sideswipped the garage with my side-view mirror and am currently rocking the NO side-view mirror look.

Hey. Ya know what. It happens. And it works.

Yep...by "only" I meant "also"

Whatever works, I guess.

I once put the passenger side mirror back on my mom's car with epoxy. It was summer and it kept melting off while I was doing it. Apparently I should have thought of duct tape.

I had a duct tape side mirror for about 3 months. I was too embarassed to bring my car in to get it fixed. I only had the car for a couple of months before it happend, and the reason why I had this new car was because I was in an accident where my old car was totaled. OOPS!

After my car was sideswiped, my mirror was dangling. So... I wrapped my purse strap around it, pulled the strap through the window, and held it tight by my right hand while driving with my left. I did this for two weeks before finally getting it fixed.

I think duct tape racing stripes would complete the look wonderfully. Make it look fashionable.

This is just America at its greatest...there is nothing we cant fix with duct tape and remedial problem solving skills!

This particular person was so excited about the opportunity to play with duct tape that I think s/he went a little overboard...

Anonymous - Kabbalah is amazing.

Roscoe Jenkins - The idea of camo duct tape just exploded my brain a little bit.

Anonymous - Been there.

Anonymous - Thanks. For that.

Sari - If it was a covert mission, I don't think you can be faulted for your technique.

Anonymous - Because driving around in a ducttapemobile isn't embarrassing.

Lori - That is awesome and terrifying.

BK - I'm not sure if there was any duct tape left after the mirror fix.

Anonymous - Agreed. On the overboard part at least.
